Sacrament of Confirmation

The Sacrament of Confirmation is a special time in the life of a parish.  In order to assist you in celebrating this special day, you will find Confirmation Liturgy Preparation Notes, Confirmation Music Guidelines, Sample Intercessions, and the Confirmation Liturgy Form.  

**Please note that the Confirmation Liturgy Form must be submitted to the office of the Bishop at least two weeks prior to the Ceremony.
