All requests will be processed within 7 - 10 business days and mailed to the address you provide.
Please note: if your Safe Environment credentials have expired, a replacement card will not be issued.

The Office of Safe Environment Brochure provides information on the credentialing and re-credentialing process, outlines the steps for reporting an alleged incident, and includes instructions for registering for initial and re-certification Safe Environment training sessions.
Sites are encouraged to distribute the brochure to clergy, employees, volunteers , and Liturgical Ministers who are required to attend Safe Environment training. It may also be displayed for individuals who are interested in attending a session.
Additional copies may be requested at no cost by completing the online order form or downloading a hard copy below.

The Safe Environment and Victim Assistance Poster (Entrusted to Protect, Dedicated to Restore) promotes awareness of both offices and provides key contact information for reporting concerns and seeking help to protect the safety and well-being of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Posters are to be placed in visible, high-traffic, and publicly accessible areas where they are most likely to be seen.Common recommended locations include:- Church entrances and vestibules
- Parish offices and reception areas
- School main offices and hallways (especially near entrances)
- Faith formation classrooms
- Youth ministry spaces
- Near bulletin boards or information kiosks
The goal is to ensure the information is clearly visible to all who enter parish, school, or agency facilities, reinforcing awareness of reporting resources and Safe Environment and Victim Assistance commitments.To request copies of Safe Environment posters at no cost, please complete the online order form or download a hard copy request form.

What is the Safe Environment Mailchimp?
The Safe Environment Mailchimp is a weekly email from the Office of Safe Environment that provides an updated list of Initial and Recertification Safe Environment trainings, which can be downloaded and printed.
From time to time, these emails also include:- Training reminders and deadlines;
- Policy updates;
- Information about upcoming events such as Safe Environment Week and Child Abuse Prevention Month; and,
- Other pertinent information.
