Catholic Relief Services (CRS)

CRS is the international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community. Syracuse CRS promotes solidarity relationships between local parishes and people living in dire poverty in developing countries.

Local communities play a key role in overseas work by responding to natural disasters, civil conflicts and ongoing programs of self-sustainability. Operation Rice Bowl and the CRS's second collection during Lent are key funding sources for both local and national services.
