The Pastoral Leadership Office seeks to ensure that missionary disciples in the diocese are equipped to proclaim the Gospel with their lives and lead from wherever they are. The office seeks to coordinate collaborations with vicariates, diocesan offices, pastoral care area (PCA) parishes, and pastoral leaders (clergy/lay). This office also facilitates processes and recommends resources for pastoral leadership development.

Collaborative Leadership Group
-
The Collaborative Leadership Group (CLG) is currently composed of people in diocesan leadership positions whose responsibilities include providing formation and training to equip lay ecclesial ministers and pastoral leaders for work of ministry in our diocese. It includes leaders from the Offices of Adolescent Catechesis and Discipleship, Adult and Ministerial Formation, Catholic Schools, Child and Family Catechesis, Family and Respect Life, and Pastoral Leadership.
The CLG focuses on building relationships of trust in a collaborative and collegial manner, intentional accompaniment, a "team approach" to ministry, and coordinated collaborative efforts among all diocesan leaders and among all the faith communities whom they serve.
